The affairs of the company is being managed by the Board of Directors comprising of Mr Alapati Vazra Ambica Prasad as its Managing Director, Mr Alapati Ramanjeneyulu and Mr Alapati NVSKM Rajeswara Rao as its directors, who are all members of one family and hence the company be treated as a closely held company.All the directors of the company and the group are having highest regard and reputation in the social gatherings as well as the business community and also the line of activity.

Mr Alapati Vazra Ambica Prasad, popularly known as Ambica Prasad, who was born during the year 1955 and is aged 63 years and is having a rich business experience of over four decades and was brought up under the able guidance of his father Mr Alapati Ramachandra Rao, who had started the activity during the year 1945 and is the visionary of  building Ambica Group. He had rich experience in various business activities of manufacturing agarbathies, hospitality industry, real estate and banking. In the course of business development, he had visited many countries like USA, UK, Switzerland, Germany, France, Italy, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Canada, New Zealand, China etc.,

He had been the Chairman of The Eluru Urban Co-operative Bank Limited, Eluru (The TecU Bank Limited) for more than a decade and was elected unanimously for the post. He had given face lift to the Bank and had brought many innovative developments and upgraded the Bank technologically and as one of the best banks of the class in the area with highest degree of safety and security for the depositors and with best customer service. He is member on the committees of Governing Body of Sir CR Reddy College, Eluru, Managing Committee of YMHA, Eluru, Eluru Pattana Powra Samithi, Eluru, District Level Committee of Youth CMEY Awards, West Godavari District, Eluru and was also on various local level committees and enjoys highest reputation in the locality and in the line of activity.

Mr Alapati NVSKM Rajeswara Rao, who is popularly known as Ambica Raja, was born during the year 1962 and is 56 years of age and is another son of Mr Alapati Ramachandra Rao, the founder of the Ambica Group of business. He has been actively engaged in manufacturing of agarbathies and is active in dealing with the financial aspects of the company.

He is having rich contacts with the entire dealership range of all the group companies and enjoys highest reputation in the line of activity and social circles. He is very good and active in various social activities and is Vice President of AP Arya Vysya Maha Sabha, active participant in social and cultural activities of Rotary Club , Eluru and had incorporated and one of the founder members who have taken the lead role in Friends Sneham Association, Eluru. He has been awarded “Kavi Ratna” by Padmasri Ghantasala Sangeetha Kala Vedika, Vijayawada and a Gold Medal by Shilpa Art Creations through YS Raja Sekhar Reddy, the then Honourable Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, for his versatile creation of poetry in vernacular.
